Tokens are the in-app currency used to make choices in stories. Each choice costs one token. A typical story session uses about 5 tokens. You start with 5 free tokens and can earn more by watching short videos (up to 15 per day), purchasing token packs, or subscribing to Premium.

You can watch up to 3 rewarded video ads per day, earning 5 tokens each — that's 15 free tokens daily. There's also a weekly featured genre with a free story to try.

Premium subscribers get unlimited story tokens, unlimited story saves (free users can save up to 5), beautiful PDF exports of completed stories with genre-themed artwork, and collector features. It costs £4.99/month and can be cancelled anytime from your device settings.

iOS: Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Twicetold Premium → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Go to Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Twicetold Premium → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have Premium access until then.

First, try going to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. This resolves most issues. If that doesn't work, close and reopen the app, then check your token balance. If tokens still haven't appeared, contact us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.

Story generation requires an internet connection because stories are created in real-time by AI. However, completed stories saved to your library can be exported as PDFs (Premium feature) and read offline.

Twicetold is rated for ages 12+. While we instruct the AI to produce age-appropriate fiction, some genres (particularly Horror and Thriller) may contain suspenseful or intense themes. The AI does not generate explicit, graphic, or sexual content.

Go to Settings in the app and scroll to the bottom to find the delete account option. This permanently removes your account, all saved stories, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first.

Absolutely — that's the whole idea! Each time you start a new story in the same genre, the AI generates a completely fresh scenario. And even if the opening is similar, your choices lead to entirely different storylines and endings.
